How to edit or transfer the subdomain?

How to set the subdomain?

How to Share Subdomains

Use the group feature to allow other users to access your subdomain. Group members can transfer their short URLs to the group, enabling them to use your company's subdomain.

Instructions

Select the checkbox next to your short URL and find the "Transfer" option in the top menu:
  • Choose your company's group to transfer to the company
  • If you accidentally create a personal short URL in your company account, you can use this method to transfer it back to your personal account.
Note: If a short URL has already been published and has a subdomain or branded short domain configured, it will adopt the default domain of the target group after transfer. Since the domain is updated, this may cause previously published short URLs to become invalid.

Transferring a Subdomain to Another Account

Since transferring a subdomain involves security concerns, it requires manual review and must be performed by PicSee engineers. This operation includes the subdomain domain and all short URLs associated with that domain. Regardless of the number of short URLs, each subdomain transfer incurs a setup fee of US$29. Please complete the quotation information to place an order.
