To maintain our service quality and security, PicSee must verify the safety of all destination URLs and websites. We follow a "better safe than sorry" approach, implementing the highest security standards to protect our legitimate users. If we detect any potential risks, we will block the URL by default.

Here are commonly blocked platforms where users can edit content freely, making it difficult to verify authenticity and potentially allowing JavaScript redirects:
  • sites.google.com
  • *.mystrikingly.com
  • *.blogspot.com

For Google Sites, since all users share the same domain, we cannot whitelist it. However, if your platform allows custom subdomains (like setting up picsee.mystrikingly.com) or if you believe your domain is safe, please send your sharing URL to PicSee Support. After manual verification, we'll add it to our whitelist, allowing you to freely create shortened URLs for that domain on PicSee.

Additionally, if you use our Branded Short Domain (BSD) service, you'll have an independent security score that won't affect other PicSee users. This means your URLs won't be blocked by our security filters. However, PicSee reserves the right to make final decisions - we may still blacklist specific URLs or accounts if malicious content is detected, restricting their use.
